Chambers provides full circle legal services on both contentious and non-contentious matters to businesses, professionals and high net worth individuals.
To assist with our increasing caseload and structured expansion we are looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities The position will primarily involve driving the business development in our areas of expertise by ensure that chambers stays at the forefront of our areas of practice and increasing our client list.
It will also include the following:
· Successfully converting inbound telephone and email enquiries.
· Making outbound telemarketing calls.
· Carrying out marketing research on clients, sectors, industries, competitors etc.
· Canvas and build relationships with prospective clients,
· Manage sales pipeline.
· Research and analyse market trends and establish competitive advantages.
· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Basic Qualifications · 3+ years of B2B, B2C and/or telesales experience.
· 1+ years of CRM experience, such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho etc.
· Robust attention to detail and good written and oral communication skills.
· Proactivity, flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters in a busy environment.
· Clear speaking voice and a warm personality.
· Smart professional appearance, friendly manner, be very flexible, innovative and forward thinking.
Salary dependent upon experience (OTE up to £40,000)
