Miki Travel is looking to recruit a Business Coordinator to join our Contracts and Purchasing Division.
C&P Division plays a key role in the Company, sourcing the European Hotel products for both its group and individual (FIT) leisure segments.
This involves contracting and managing rates, availability, and general terms and conditions with hotels.
Additionally, C&P is responsible for the contracting of local service arrangements in some destinations in Europe.
The division also oversees supplier relationships and provides crucial support to various departments, including the reservations, sales, and finance teams.
The Business Coordinator will provide full administrative support to the Division Manager and to the Area Management team when required.
Main Responsibilities Oversee administrative tasks related to the arrivals and departures of division resources.
Support database maintenance by collating data and generating comprehensive reports.
Facilitate the effective communication of business information to managers and employees.
Support the administration and coordination of annual and Ad hoc projects.
Assist with business trip planning and the processing of business trip expense claims.

Desirable Knowledge of Qlikview and Sales Force.
