With a growing portfolio of repeat clients, she is now looking to make her first permanent hire—a motivated Business Consultant who ready to shape the future of this burgeoning firm while delivering first-class consulting to clients.
Please Note: You will typically be working with rapid growth companies, (often tech related), working with companies heading to a key milestone, or needing to pivot or evolve their business.
This is not big enterprise - you MUST have experience of working closely with smaller, more agile, medium sized business and their leaders - this will not be suited to someone who has worked on elements of projects or programmes.
You will be advising and driving some of these change initiatives and that must come from experience and not theory.
About the Role This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Architect or Change Manager to work directly with the founder or leaders, helping scale the firm while delivering impactful transformation projects.
The role involves hands-on client delivery, focusing on business architecture, strategic change management and operational efficiency, whilst collaborating on the development of the company's growth.
You'll play an instrumental role in projects that range from organisational design and digital transformation to unlocking efficiencies and facilitating project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Business Architecture Development : Develop and refine business architectures that align with client goals, optimising organisational structures, processes, and systems to support sustainable growth.
Strategic Change Consultancy : Offer expert change management consultancy, crafting strategies that address each client's unique challenges and ensure long-lasting, integrated change.
Client Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic, data-driven insights to help them overcome barriers and achieve their objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Foster collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a "critical friend" who offers guidance and insight while adapting to each organisation's specific needs.
Process Optimisation : Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve current processes, implementing data-backed enhancements to boost productivity and operational performance.
Capability Building : Support clients' teams through training and development, ensuring they're equipped to navigate changes and sustain new practices.
Commercial Growth : Actively contribute to the firm's growth by identifying new business opportunities and assisting in scaling operations.
Qualifications & Experience Education : Degree in Business Management or a related field, ideally with an emphasis on business architecture and organisational design.
Experience : 5-7 years in consulting, particularly in Business Change, Organisational Transformation, or Digital Transformation, with a track record in high-growth environments, start-ups, or tech firms.
Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with senior stakeholders to deliver transformation in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
