We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements: Essential Business Change Professional with 3 years + experience working on digital/IT projects Experience in developing and delivering business change collateral on projects of varying complexity Knowledge of Change Management theory and methodologies, processes, policies, and procedures Change Management Qualification (APMG or PROSCI) Desirable: Experience of working on Finance transformation projects such as SAP Ideally experience in working in regulated environments and/or the defence sector About us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
