Business Banking Manager

Artemis Human Capital is working in partnership with a prominent local bank to appoint an experienced Business Banking Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and commercial team focussed on driving profitability and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities Take ownership of structuring and leading lending proposals, ensuring effective portfolio management and the acquisition of new business customers Foster a culture of excellence in SME and property lending, focusing on deal structuring, risk analysis, and maximising opportunities for growth Develop robust relationships with intermediaries and stakeholders Work closely with the Senior Business Manager to achieve annual business targets Develop and maintain management information (MI) systems, ensuring accuracy Lead the preparation of high-quality credit applications, adhering to credit and compliance standards Manage the lending portfolio to ensure it consistently meets credit and compliance standards The Person: Previous lending / credit experience Ability to work either individually or as part of a team in order to execute a strategic plan which delivers and sustains growth Excellent communication and influencing skills Strong commercial acumen The Benefits: Competitive salary Excellent benefits to include generous holidays and pension Flexible / hybrid working Excellent development and training Experienced support team To apply for this Business Banking Manager job please click on the link below or contact Laura Haggan to discuss in the strictest confidence.
