The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams on a global scale, managing and optimizing business processes and translating requirements into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and support digital transformation initiatives with a focus on e-commerce.
Implement a new global e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with product information and content management systems.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, UX/UI, QA, and development teams within an Agile framework.
Act as a liaison with stakeholders across multiple regions, managing geographically and culturally diverse teams.
Critically analyze and refine business requirements, delivering value-driven solutions that enhance the company's business operating model.
Skills & Experience : 5-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role (candidates with 4-5 years and strong potential will be considered).
Proven expertise in e-commerce platforms , digital systems, and Agile methodologies .
Effective stakeholder management skills, including experience with distributed and diverse teams.
