Working with a leading brand based in Solihull in their search for a Permanent Senior Business Analyst to join an evergrowing team.

£57,000 base bonus and great benefits.
You will be needed on site 3 days a week with Mondays and Fridays from home.

The Senior Business Analyst will be accountable for documenting and analysing business processes, products, services, solutions and data to identify and make recommendations for business efficiency improvements; analysing the impact of proposed solution on business operations including processes, products, services, solutions and data; and maintaining a library of business requirements and collaborate with change management processes to translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications.
