Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights and requirements
• Change Management: Lead and manage change projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with senior management, project teams, and external partners to ensure that project progress is clearly communicated and aligned with business objectives.
• Project Planning & Delivery: Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and budget management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Required Skills & Experience: • Proven Experience: Demonstrated years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to AI or data analytics projects.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into practical, data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application to business processes.
