Business Analyst

Business Analyst Permanent, £40,000-£47,000 per annum, hybrid - 2 days onsite in Leicester per week We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the team at a leading UK charity.
In this role, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, business transformation, and process analysis and improvement.
You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to streamline processes, identify operational gaps, and uncover opportunities where technology can drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements.
Lead business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Identify gaps in current processes and systems.
Recommend and implement technology solutions.
Experience Required : Strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering.
Proficient in Microsoft and Salesforce applications.
