Job Opportunity: Mid-Level Business Analyst (Hybrid, £45K) Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst looking to make your mark in a forward-thinking organization?
We're on the hunt for a mid-level BA to join our team in a hybrid role – primarily remote with occasional trips to our Leeds office .
What You'll Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and support business objectives.
Develop and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned.
Support project delivery through effective communication and problem-solving.
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in creating process maps, user stories, and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present to stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is a bonus.
