Key Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst at Stericycle, you'll play a key role in improving and transforming our business operations.
Your work will support the analysis of current IT processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the development of solutions that meet business needs.
Key responsibilities include: You'll evaluate existing IT systems and business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose technology-driven solutions.
Write clear, concise requirement specifications.
You'll perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
You'll create user training materials and document system changes to ensure successful adoption.
You'll participate in prioritizing requirements, reviewing work products, and ensuring correct interpretation across teams; you'll maintain traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
You'll manage changes to baseline requirements and apply change control processes effectively.
You'll contribute to refining requirements engineering practices, policies, and tools to improve processes over time.
You'll work closely with teams across departments to support post-deployment changes and updates, ensuring the business continues to evolve efficiently.

You effectively manage your time, balancing multiple projects and priorities to deliver results on time and within scope.
Experience and skills: You have Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or at least two years of business analysis experience in a corporate setting.
You have prior experience with financial systems (Microsoft D365 highly desirable), transportation logistics, warehousing, and/or telephony systems is a plus.
You have strong technical skills with Microsoft Office.
You have experience with Microsoft Visio, SQL Queries, and wireframing is a plus.
You're familiar with use cases, data models, entity relationship diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
You can develop clear, concise functional specifications and technical documentation.
