Job title: Business Analyst Location: Knutsford Work model: Hybrid, 10days/month WFO Contract Duration: 6 months Minimum years of experience required: 5-8 yrs Full job description that includes: • Ability to facilitate discussions to capture & refine requirements to support the desired business outcomes • Able to communicate both written & verbally with business and technical colleagues using variety of methodologies • Understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory environment (Ideally previous experience in FS) • Stakeholder management, investigation & problem-solving skills to shape, influence and recommend approaches for solution design • Strong analytical, time management & attention to detail skills • Desirable experience would include – product / green field delivery, data analysis / data lineage experience, digital journeys, experience working with third parties) Mandatory skills: • Domain - Unsecured Lending, • Agile and Business Analysis, • Stakeholder Management Nice to have skills: • Data Analysis, • Excellent written and verbal skills Day-to-day responsibilities : 1) Ability to facilitate discussions to capture & refine requirements to support the desired business outcomes 2)Able to communicate both written & verbally with business and technical colleagues using variety of methodologies
