Business Analyst

We are looking for Salesforce Business Analyst, with Salesforce experience.
Salesforce Business Analyst Permanent- Full Time 3/week in office - Hull Requirements Investigate tactical systems problems/opportunities, ensuring stakeholder perspectives are identified, and business objectives/requirements are understood Investigate and model business processes and information flows Plan and facilitate meetings & workshops with stakeholders across the business, taking responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships across different levels of seniority.
Assist stakeholders in defining acceptance tests, writing test scripts, maintaining test documentation, and supporting testing where required Skills Experience working under AGILE/SCRUM delivery methods Understanding of the software development lifecycle, particularly requirements definition and acceptance testing Salesforce experience is mandatory.
Competent in extracting and manipulating data Experience working with external/contract development partners, reviewing 'Statement of Works' and an understanding of working under fixed price/time & materials engagements
