What You'll Do: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive our software development process.
Support the creation of a Business Analysis Centre of Excellence, sharing your expertise and driving cross-skilling initiatives within the team.
Work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables align with our company's technology and information strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to map "as is" and "to be" processes, providing clarity on requirements, and driving continuous improvement.
Ensure that our software meets business needs by supporting UAT design, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating user testing efforts.
What will I need to Succeed?
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex requirements and produce high-quality deliverables.
Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative development methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across functional areas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
