You'll work with architects, technologists, and stakeholders to support key initiatives.

Analyze Data: Present insights for decision-making.
Document Work: Create requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Manage Change: Support adoption of new tools and processes.
Ensure Compliance: Follow standards and regulations.
Key Skills: Business Acumen: Know banking operations and tech trends.
Technical Knowledge: Understand enterprise architecture basics.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services or tech.
Experience with Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or Power BI.
Knowledge of TOGAF or Zachman frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methods.
