This position is perfect for individuals with 5+ years of experience in Investment Management , particularly those adept at bridging the gap between business and technology.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across investment, operations, and technology teams to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
Support technology and data teams in delivering value by triaging end-user issues and identifying dependencies.
Govern change management processes, ensuring visibility and stakeholder approval.
Work closely with vendors to investigate issues and ensure process efficiency.
Create documentation, including data flow diagrams and business process workflows.
What You Bring: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the Asset or Investment Management industry.
Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data applications.
Experience with Agile methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of client reporting and data usage in investment contexts is advantageous.
