Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Defect Management, UAT, Testing, Defect resolution, Azure DevOps My client are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 month contract with expertise in defect management and user acceptance testing (UAT) to join at a business critical time in a major technology transformation.
You will have responsibility for triaging, managing and concluding defects across various projects - this must have been a recent focus for you to be considered Key Responsibilities: Lead defect management workflow process through the project lifecycle Manage functional, non-functional, and business acceptance defects to satisfactory closure on multiple projects Lead and coordinate UAT efforts to ensure quality deliverables - user stories & acceptance criteria Manage and monitor defect logs, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment.
Analyze and document processes to improve system functionality.
Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong emphasis on defect management and UAT.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
