We are recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive company for a Demand Business Analyst to join their dynamic Global Customer Care (GCC) team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and drive continuous improvements within a leading-edge organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and complete Business Analyst (BA) activities on assigned demands.
Conduct in-depth requirements gathering to understand project goals and objectives.
Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation for handover to project delivery teams.
Act as the primary liaison between demand requestors and the Systems & Data (S&D) team , ensuring data requirements are met.
Collaborate with Intelligent Automation (IA) and Digital teams on customer experience (CX) demands.
Perform data analysis and update weekly demand KPI reports .
Provide process improvement support for projects within the S&D team.
Foster positive, cross-functional relationships to ensure collaborative approaches to project delivery.
Key Requirements: Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering .
Proficient in data analysis and reporting ; experience with Excel and Office 365 is essential.
Solid understanding of process development and optimisation .
Stakeholder management experience, working with multiple teams and functions.
Experience in an operational environment , managing multiple inputs and delivering focused outcomes.
Excellent corporate presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel , Word , PowerPoint , and Teams .
