Business Analyst 3 Month Contract Location: Home / Brighton Pay Rate: £450 - £475 per day (INSIDE IR35) Skills: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - iTrent desirable, Process Maps, User Journeys We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst for a technology driven public sector organisation to support the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) using iTrent.
This is an exciting time to join my client as they look to streamline their recruitment process with a new ATS.

This critical role focuses on configuring the iTrent ATS system to meet organisational needs and ensuring seamless integration with user and testing requirements.

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in Brighton once a week.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to finalise the configuration of the new ATS.
Create detailed process maps and user journeys that can be utilised by the test team and third-party iTrent specialists.
Work closely with the project team and third-party vendors to ensure all requirements are translated into system functionality.
Support the testing phase by providing clear documentation and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the testing team.
Ensure alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards throughout the implementation process.
What We're Looking For Experience :
Proven track record as a Business Analyst on ATS implementations, preferably with iTrent.
Expertise in creating process maps and user journeys to guide testing and configuration.
Familiarity with ATS workflows and recruitment processes.
Skills :
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Knowledge of testing and implementation methodologies.
Desirable :
Previous experience working directly with iTrent or similar ATS platforms.
