You'll provide actionable insights that will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of client services, enabling the business to meet its objectives and excel in client delivery.
Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and document comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams to ensure seamless execution.
Feasibility Analysis Conduct detailed feasibility studies to evaluate the practicality and viability of proposed solutions.
Analyse the costs, benefits, risks, and impacts of implementing new solutions or making changes.
Process Documentation Use process mapping and flowcharting to document current business processes, creating a clear understanding of existing workflows.
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement in current processes to streamline operations.
Solution Design Partner with development teams, architects, and other stakeholders to design solutions that are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.
Ensure that all proposed solutions align with the business's objectives and technical capabilities.
Candidate Attributes Experience: 2-5 years in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the accounting or financial services sector.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and the ability to perform feasibility studies, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical requirements effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
