Business Analyst - Ibor & Investment Ops - Asset Management - Crd

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Translate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into actionable insights for the implementation team.
Partner with the Charles River implementation team to oversee configuration and testing (hands-on configuration is not required).
Act as a key liaison between client teams and the implementation team, driving the successful delivery of the project.
Essential Experience & Skills: Buy-side experience: Strong background in Asset & Investment Management.
IBOR expertise: Proven experience working with Investment Book of Record (IBOR).
Robust Investment Operations knowledge, with the ability to align operational needs with system capabilities.
Strong understanding of Front and Middle Office workflows: Order management, fund manager/trader interactions, and portfolio management processes.
In-depth knowledge of market instruments: Fixed Income/Derivatives, Equities, Compliance, PMA, Ex-Ante & Ex-Post Risk, and IBOR.
Experience translating business requirements into actionable plans.
Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Charles River IMS (CRD) configuration.
