We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our technology team in Northampton.
In this role, you'll collaborate with business teams to define and identify key use-cases, focusing on leveraging GenAI technologies.
Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights and requirements
Change Management: Lead and manage change projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Engage with senior management, project teams, and external partners to ensure that project progress is clearly communicated and aligned with business objectives.
Project Planning & Delivery: Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and budget management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Demonstrated years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to AI or data analytics projects.
Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into practical, data-driven insights.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application to business processes.
