Are you looking for a permanent part-time role with an excellent local employer?  Great - please get in touch today My client is an established and well-respected professional services client in the heart of Cheltenham who are looking for a part-time Business Administrator to work 12pm-4pm Monday- Friday to support on a wide range of tasks including reception cover, filing, post, facilities and some project support work.

Benefits Town centre location close to transport and shops Generous annual leave Company social events and friendly environment What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Business Administrator: Provide professional reception cover and call answering during busy periods Process all post (incoming and outgoing) and deliver to appropriate person Ensure communal areas - meeting rooms, kitchen etc are well maintained Provide willing and proactive administrative support on ongoing internal projects Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous administrative experience working in a professional services environment Good IT skills - you'll be using MS Office and other bespoke packages Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and with external clients My client is offering an annual salary of up to £24,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience.  Please note that we are unable to offer different hours to those shown above as the Business Administrator role will be providing cover for this busy period of the day.
