Job summary We have exciting opportunities to join our Business Administration Support Team in the Digital and Data Department.
The post holders will undertake a broad range of duties to support the Digital & Data Department, ensuring the business functions are completed in the most effective and efficient way possible.

The team is constantly evolving with the department to create a great working culture.
Main duties of the job Supporting Digital and Data colleagues in administration duties, which include senior team diary management, arranging meetings/events, placing orders through the Trust's procurement system, arranging travel/accommodation, prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take and distribute minutes of meetings as required.
You will act as a point of contact for the team, dealing with complex queries from stakeholders.
Assist in administering the shared inbox, ensuring all emails are dealt with in a timely manner.
