Boxgrove C of E Primary SchoolBoxgrove C of E Primary School is a very small, mixed-age primary school located in a semi-rural setting.
With just 75 pupils on roll, we pride ourselves on our close-knit, friendly community and supportive staff team.
Despite our small size, we have been rated as 'Good' by Ofsted and 'Good' in our SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) inspection, reflecting our commitment to providing an excellent education for all our pupils.
Bursar/Office Administrator We are seeking an experienced Bursar/Office Administrator to join our dedicated team and provide a full range of finance and administrative support to our school.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:•Managing the school's finance system (Bromcom)•Overseeing the school's information database (Bromcom)•Undertaking a range of administrative and reception duties Key Requirements:•Strong financial management skills and experience using finance software•Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management•Outstanding organisational and administrative abilities•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Desirable Qualities:•Previous experience in a school or education setting•Knowledge of the Bromcom system•Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks Salary: Grade 7 (14-19 depending on experience)Hours: 37 hours per week - Term time (plus INSET days & 5 days in school holidays) Why Join Boxgrove C of E Primary School?
