Building Surveyor-University

Permanent job or fixed-term contract for Building Surveyor Working for a World Class University, this is a fabulous opportunity to join an established and well-structured estate department.
As a Building Surveyor, you will be mainly working on small projects - not the most glamorous but typical of a university campus environment, e.g.New Toilet facilities/ Replacement of roof and windows/ Fit out.
You will be involved from start to finish, measuring up and carrying out a survey, then producing a drawing ( cad skills would be advantageous) through to appointing contractors and managing to completion.
