Building Surveyor

Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for Building Surveyors for a client of ours who are looking for self-employed consultants.
As a Building Surveyor you will carry out a variety of Surveys including (Level 3 Home, Level 2 Home and New Home Snagging Surveys).    Job Details You will be working as a consultant on our cleints behalf, on a self-employed basis in your own postcode area You need to be ARICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified A full UK driving licence Work from home days On the job training Full admin support Flexible working hours Responsibilities Carrying out surveys ( Level 3 Home Survey , Level 2 Home Survey and New Homes Snagging Surveys) Providing thorough verbal feedback to clients, following survey inspections Report writing (using Microsoft Word) Research of costs associated with repairs Identifying and maximising cross selling opportunities Providing the best advice and service to the clients at all times Hours of work Our client is happy to work with hours that suit you!
