Building Surveyor

Propsource Consulting are working with a well-known worldwide multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently seeking a Building Surveyor to join the team in their Manchester office.
Working closely alongside directors and other team members, you will be providing professional advice to clients across a range of multi discipline commercial projects.
Full APC support and training is provided if this is a route you are currently pursuing!
Key Responsibilities The team are looking to speak with like minded individuals with the relevant industry experience in the following: Preparing briefs Developing technical designs and administrating construction contract through to hand over and close out Provide sound technical and professional advice to clients and internal stakeholders Dilapidations Historic building conservation Technical due diligence surveys Project management Schedules of conditions.
