Building Surveyor

Niyaa people are working with a national housing provider to recruit a Building Surveyor in West Yorkshire.
Our client are looking for a HNC qualified Building Surveyor to work as a contract lead on their repairs, maintenance and capital upgrade projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation are compliant with Health and safety, Compliance and CDM regulations.
