Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor Goodman Masson are working with a local authority in the South East/Central England (hybrid) to recruit for an interim Building Surveyor.
Rate : £300-£375 per day (negotiable, depending on experience) Duration : 6 months + The successful candidate will be responsible for: providing professional Building Surveying services ensuring that the council's public buildings, residential garages, including leisure, commercial, community and park buildings etc are compliant, and all assets are repaired and maintained in a good state of repair and are fit for purpose delivering a diverse range of capital construction projects from inception to completion across the council's and external organisations varied property portfolio major repairs/replacement works, alterations and adaptations, refurbishments, enhancements ensuring delivery in accordance with the capital investment programmes putting JCT contracts together to go out to tender The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar role good understanding of building pathology
