Our Surveying Services Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, sustainability, and improvement of our 16,000+ properties across the South East.
About the Role As a Building Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional surveying services.
Reporting to an experienced Surveying Services Manager, you'll work both independently and collaboratively to tackle a diverse range of property challenges.
Expect variety and impact, as 60% of your time will be spent on-site conducting surveys and inspections.
Your key responsibilities will include: \t \t Conducting property surveys and diagnosing defects, including damp, mould, structural issues, disrepair, and HHSRS/Fitness for Human Habitation assessments.
\t \t \t Managing investment works, from project inception to completion, including procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
\t \t \t Supporting Fire Risk Assessments and scoping remedial works, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
\t \t \t Providing expert advice on structural alterations, party wall matters, and property-related disputes.
