MMP Consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to join a local authority in the South Hampshire area.
This is a temporary position paying £29ph umbrella over a 37-hour working week.As a Building Surveyor, you will work within a team supporting the Building Repairs Managers, ensuring that building repairs and voids services are delivered in line with our NEC3 term service contract.
This includes managing contractor payments and audits, conducting surveys, and overseeing a wide range of planned repair projects.Key Responsibilities:
