Building Surveyor

MMP Consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor (or Graduate Building Surveyor) to join a Local Authority in Gloucestershire.
This is a 3-month temporary position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexible working.
The rate of pay will be determined by the candidates' relevant experience.The successful candidate will support a variety of commercial buildings within the Council's Property Stock, managing maintenance projects, undertaking property surveys, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality planned and reactive maintenance.
