The firm have extensive experience delivering building surveying and project management services across various sectors, including commercial offices, industrial facilities, leisure, hospitality, retail, education, and research and development.
Their clients range from major financial institutions, such as asset-led funds, to small and medium-sized enterprises with single-use properties.
The Role: We are seeking a proactive and motivated junior-level Building Surveyor with 12-24 months of industry experience to join their London office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to further their career in building surveying within a well-respected consultancy.
You will work closely with our experienced team on a variety of projects, gaining exposure to a broad range of surveying tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting building surveys, inspections, and preparing detailed reports.
Support in preparing schedules of condition, dilapidation reports, and specifications.
Contribute to the management of small to medium-sized projects, including refurbishments and maintenance works.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Assist with contract administration and project management duties as required.
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, building regulations, and industry standards.
