Building Surveyor

MRICS Building Surveyor - London - Consultancy We are currently working with an established firm in London who are looking for a MRICS Building Surveyor to come and join their team of property consultants that specialise in the residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors.
The firm are looking for a MRICS Building Surveyor that is enthusiastic & has experience with client-facing roles which has developed good interpersonal & business development skills.
The work will primarily be in London and require 38.75 Hours per week of work on a flexible working model - Home based, office based or Hybrid depending on experience.
Your responsibilities include: Take part in; Building Surveying, Party Wall Surveying, Contact Administration and Defect Reports.
Project coordination of refurbishment schemes.
Carry out reinstatement Cost Assessments and Capital Expenditure Plans.
You will be expected to embrace this ethos and to comply with the RICS code of ethics.
Specification writing tasks.
You must have the following requirements/attributes: MRICS Qualification.
Proven experience of undertaking building surveys on properties.
Able to prioritise work load and manage your own projects.
You must have strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing.
Residential experience.
Benefits: Attractive Salary ranging from £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
