We are seeking skilled Building Surveyors willing to relocate and contribute to major projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Join our team and be a key player in managing building projects, ensuring full compliance with RICS standards and local regulations, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
As a Building Surveyor, you will oversee all aspects of building projects, from conducting comprehensive building condition surveys to leading project management efforts.
Your technical expertise will play a pivotal role in asset assessments, due diligence, and ensuring the quality of project delivery.
Client engagement and maintaining our high standards will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities: Conduct detailed building condition surveys, assessing both physical and plant aspects of assets.
Oversee building renovation and maintenance projects, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and client needs.
Perform technical due diligence assessments, providing clients with in-depth reports.
Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, offering expert advice on surveying matters.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution.
Prepare and manage project budgets, controlling costs throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Provide clients with detailed reports on building conditions, project progress, and professional recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in building surveying.
RICS accreditation or similar (highly desirable).
Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and techniques.
Proven project management skills with a history of successful project delivery.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
Knowledge of Dubai and Saudi real estate markets and regulations is a plus.
Please note that this role requires relocation to either Dubai or Riyadh and is not based in the UK
