Building Surveyor

We are looking for an intermediate or Chartered Building Surveyor to join a leading Consultancys team in central Bournemouth, Dorset working primarily on commercial instructions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years working experience.
The client facing role will suit a person able to work independently, and one who is able to work confidentially in an integrated team across a variety of sectors.
The majority of the workload will be formed of commercial property instructions and hence experience of dilapidations, surveys and project management would be useful attributes.
