Building Surveyor

Description We are looking for an intermediate or Chartered Building Surveyor to join a leading Consultancy's team in central Bournemouth, Dorset working primarily on commercial instructions.The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years working experience.
The client facing role will suit a person able to work independently, and one who is able to work confidentially in an integrated team across a variety of sectors.
The majority of the workload will be formed of commercial property instructions and hence experience of dilapidations, surveys and project management would be useful attributes.We are keen to receive applications from professional individuals (preferably degree qualified and Chartered or desire to become Chartered) who are eligible to work in the UK and can excel in demonstrating the following core attributes:•Communication and organisation•Willingness to succeed and to take ownership•Technical knowledge of construction•Commercial awareness•Strong IT skillsOur Client has ambitious growth plans and employs diverse and forward-thinking professionals.
