Location: Solihull,Birmingham What will you be responsiblefor?
As a Building Services Manager youll beworking within the Easternand Midlands team, supporting them in providing building servicesexpertise to the wider business acrossprojects from tender to delivery and commissioningstages.
Your day to day will include: Collate the teams Project reports andprovide a summary report to the Project Director relating to theprojects that your team hassupervised.
Assist in Design Management forM&E Packages?? Review Technical Submittalsfrom sub-contractors?? Co-ordination of M&EServices on sites in conjunction with projectteams? Checking InstallationQuality? Commissioning Management andsign off?? What are we lookingfor?
This role of Building ServicesManager is great foryou if: Strong technical knowledge of M&E Designand Installations?? Experience working within amain contracting environment, managing specialistsubcontractpartners.
