Building Safety Manager Goodman Masson are supporting a key client with the recruitment of a Building Safety Manager.
Rate : £300-£500 per day (negotiable, depending on experience) Duration : 3 months + Location : London The successful candidate will be responsible for: Conducting regular building safety inspections and risk assessments across ~20 buildings Working closely with residents, tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders to address safety concerns and ensure transparency Ensuring that all identified HRRBs are managed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Building Safety Act The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar role
