Job Description Role: Building Regulations Principal Designer (Multiple Positions)
Location: UK Wide (Remote or Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + package

We are seeking experienced Building Regulations Principal Designers to join their dynamic CDM/Principal Designer teams across the UK.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design process ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Provide expert advice on building regulations and compliance issues.
Conduct design reviews and risk assessments.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a Principal Designer or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
