You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you'll do:Respond to Helpdesk requests, performing plumbing, joinery, and general maintenance tasks, including minor building works and repairs.Complete scheduled preventative planned maintenance (PPM) tasks to maintain building infrastructure.Support specialised trades by handling routine tasks, enabling them to focus on complex repairs and projects.Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, promptly reporting hazards and maintaining a safe environment.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, updating work orders and task statuses in relevant systems.Manage lock suite and locker maintenance, assist with vehicle movements, and support water safety and contractor facilitation.What you bring:Essential qualifications: City & Guilds qualification or equivalent apprenticeship with NVQ Level or SVQ Level 3 in Carpentry, Joinery, or Plumbing & Heating.Proven experience in plumbing, joinery, and general building maintenance, with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills, along with IT proficiency (, Microsoft Office and CMMS).Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience with safe systems of work and permits to work.The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.What We OfferWorking with our company is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
