Position: Building and Construction Project Leader Pay rate: £40 p/h inside IR35.
location: Portsmouth, UK Role Type: 1 yesr Position: Hybrid iO Associates is looking for an onsite Building & Construction Project Leader , to work at the Broughton site for a global pioneer in the aerospace industry, operating in the commercial aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors.
Responsibilities Lead MEP teams in designing Building Services for various projects, including major plant replacements.
Utilize industry-standard design software for detailed design and calculation.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and design team members to ensure project success.
Manage projects efficiently, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
Skills & Experience Skilled in leading and managing Multi-Functional Project Teams, including external professionals such as contract managers and client representatives.
Preferably, possess prior senior Project Management experience in Facilities Management.
Experienced in Capital Investment Project management and successful project delivery.
Hold ONC/HNC or equivalent in a Building Engineering Services design-related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in Building Engineering Services Refurbishment, particularly in small to medium-sized projects.
