MSL Global, a growing experiential events agency, is on the hunt for an Event Build Manager to join our dynamic and supportive Creative and Production team.
Based in Bordon, this exciting opportunity is perfect for a hands-on professional ready to take charge of the physical build process across our diverse portfolio of events.

What you'll do: Take ownership of the event build process, from initial planning to flawless execution.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding event structures.
Manage on-site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Oversee logistics, asset maintenance, test builds and the quality control of all our event builds.
What we're looking for: Proven experience in event production, exhibition build or a related field.
Previous knowledge in construction, set build or interior fit outs.
Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on safety and attention to detail.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
A team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
