Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Our highly-regarded client is searching for an experienced Corporate Solicitor, with 3 5 years PQE, alsoideally with some commercial law experience to handle a full spectrum of non-contentious corporate law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, articles of association, corporate transactions, partnership agreements, business reorganisation (often in the context of private client tax planning).
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual who can assist in growing the team with the desire to be involved in business development for the firm.
The initial salary will be £50,000 - £50,000 p/a, depending on experience and this will be reviewed, once established.
