Commercial Property Solicitor Our client are searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2-4 years + PQE) to join their Commercial Property & Planning team in Poole.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients.
The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Attributes include: Ability to negotiate effectively Knowledge of property development,plot developments, bank finance work, leases and licences.
Ensure the highest level of client care Excellent verbal and written communication skills A sense of initiative and enthusiasm Good IT skills They are a firm that will look tosupport and develop your career from day one and for the right individual to become an Equity Partner within the business in time, so there is a tremendous amount of potential within this opportunity long-term!
The initially salary will be between £45,000 - £50,000, p/a, depending on the level of experience and will be reviewed, once established.
