We are currently seeking a Temporary Support Worker to work with adults with learning and sensory disabilities in the Exeter area.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to individuals with learning and sensory disabilities.
Assist with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
Offer emotional support and encouragement in a respectful, empathetic manner.
Help individuals engage in social, recreational, and community-based activities.
Ensure the safety and comfort of service users at all times.
Requirements: Experience working with adults with disabilities (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
