Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards this).
Experience: Extensive management experience within a residential youth care setting.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, person-centred approach to leadership.
