About the Role Due to a Maternity cover we are seeking an experienced or aspiring Branch Manager to lead our successful Bristol Secondary SEND team , currently a team of two consultants, with plans to grow by two more in the near future.
This branch is having an exceptional year, with remarkable growth and results that position it as a key driver in our business.
As Branch Manager, you'll: Lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants.
Manage a warm desk with existing client relationships (currently managing 150+ days), which will be restructured to allow you to focus on building and inspiring your team.
Shape the branch's continued growth by driving exceptional service, identifying opportunities, and ensuring sustained success.
Work collaboratively within a supportive network of peers and managers, ensuring that you're always empowered to innovate and succeed.
This is a fixed term opportunity to start with and offers flexibility for the right candidate, however recruitment is fast paced industry so could develop into a permanent role in future aligned with our exciting growth plans.
About You We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of leadership and team development.
To thrive in this role, you'll need: A passion for education and its transformative power.
Strong management experience, ideally within recruitment or sales.
The ability to inspire, coach, and empower teams to exceed expectations.
A proactive and innovative approach to branch growth and client relationships.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the education sector is a plus, but not essential.
