Lead Product Designer Central Belt Scotland Are you passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and looking to lead a UX / UI practice and grow a team and lead on projects?
This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, leadership, and innovation.
You are a big cog in a small wheel and will have the chance to grow and build a UX / UI Design practice.

Role overview As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in a renowned design agency, focusing on creating scalable design systems and delivering hands-on UX/UI expertise.
You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding theirneeds and translating them into exceptional design solutions.
Focus on UX design using Figma, ensuring user-centric designs that meet client specifications.
Skills and experience required Strong experience in design systems Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design leadership and UX/UI expertise.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma , with a solid understanding of React on the front-end beneficial.
Ability to lead, inspire and drive projects forward with creativity and precision.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with clients.
